Alignment

◆The cardboard sent out by the paper feeding department is corrected and guided by the correction department to make the cardboard run in a straight line.

Pre-folding Section

◆The segmented left and right upper belt plates can be adjusted according to product requirements, which is fast and efficient.

Lock Bottom

3 groups of conveyor belt structure, segmented upper belt plate function, can effectively overcome the problems in the production of special-shaped box products.

The middle upper belt plate is detachable and can be disassembled and debugged according to product requirements.

Four & Six Corner Device 4&6-corner Device

◆The electronic folding hook driven and controlled by the intelligent servo motor is installed on two independently controlled servo axes to accurately guide the folding of all the box flaps.

Lower Gluing Unit

◆Mechanical left and right lower glue cylinders, with separate design of glue wheel and glue cylinder, high speed without glue throwing, easy to clean and maintain.

Folding Section

◆3-plate transmission belt plate structure, the middle plate can be disassembled independently, which is convenient for small box forming.

Conveyor
