Introduction to the quality requirements of the folder gluer
The folder gluer scratches the printed surface or leaves scratches and dirt. When the box is automatically glued, due to the mechanical friction, it is easy to scratch the ink layer on the box surface, leaving scratches on the box surface, and sometimes drag the ink to the blank area, causing dirt.
1. Strong adhesion, no debonding
2. The interface position of the folder gluer should be aligned, especially for boxes with docking requirements, otherwise it will affect the appearance of the box.
3. Inner and outer cladding. Inner cladding means: after the box is glued, the glue overflows from the paper edge inside the box, causing the inside of the box and the two box surfaces to be stuck, making the box more difficult or impossible to print. Outer cladding means that after the box is glued, the glue overflows from the paper edge outside the box, causing the boxes to stick together, and there are traces of glue on the box surface after separation. When the outer cladding is serious, the printed surface will be torn when it is separated. Therefore, both inner and outer cladding will have a serious impact on the quality of the box.
